Sir,

I bought a Hyundai i 10 Car in March from M/S Ultimate Automobiles, Chandigarh.

I was told that a Loyalty Bonus of Rs15000 would be paid to me if I sold my present car and submit the transfer papers of the car along-with the registration of the new i 10 car to the dealer.

I did the same within one month and sent all the necessary Papers to the representative of the Ultimate Automobiles Ltd, Chandigarh and confirmed receipt of the same from Mr Ravi, the company rep. I was informed that it takes almost 3 months for the refund to be received. I started following up the case with M/s Hyundai Automobiles since May and wrote letters to the Dealer, Regional Office Chandigarh and Delhi Head Office. I lodged complaint at the Hyundai helpline at least 10 times during the period and every time I was assured that necessary action would be taken.

It has been over two years that I am yet to receive any intimation from either Ultimate Hyundai, Regional Office Chandigarh or the Head Office Delhi.

It is a clear case of cheating and misleading customers by giving offers which the dealers in connivance with the company do not desire to meet.
