I purchased your hyundai i 10 sports model car bearing "registration number PB 10 CQ 5588" from your dealer M/s pioneer hyundai ludhiana in the year september under your exchange offer and corporate disscount scheme, i sold my maruti 800 car, during the course of sale of car your dealer informed me that i will recieve my exchange offer and corporate disscount within six months but after passing considerable period of more than one year when i didnt get my exchange offer and corporate dissscount i lodged various complaints with your company and ultimately i recieved my exchange offer in the month of december after one year 3 months but the dealer didnt send my corporate disscount despite my repeated complaints to your dealer and your company till date i didnt get my corporate disscount.

i request you to please look into this matter and arrange to send my corporate disscount at the earliest,
