Problem in Hyundai i-10 Sportz model

Hi,

This is Abhishek Lohia resident of Dibrugarh. Around 7 months back i bought a new Hyundai i-10 Sportz model from Hyundai Authorised Dealer i.e. Borah Hyundai, Dibrugarh. From last 20 days i am facing a problem while starting my vehicle. I have taken the vehicle to the authorised service centre where they derived that the battery is faulty. The service centre personnel said Battery responsibility is not there's and asked me to visit Exide dealer. I also did that, but to my disappointment the dealer could not help me. He said please take the same to the car dealer and he will not be of any help. I again had a talk with Customer Service Associate of Hyundai and they suggested me to take the battery to their another dealer which is 50 KM from my town. I asked her how could i take the battery as the car is not starting. Then she said it is your problem Sir. I have also registered the complain twice in Hyundai Motor India Limited official website but i think they are least bothered about the same and have not contacted me till date. Kindly help as i am not able to drive since last 20 days. My contact no is 09435002635. The details of my car are provided below:
