Dear Concern,

I already submitted this complaint on your site regarding this but their is still no support from hyundai. The case is that i bought 2 Santro Xing erls (Top Model) from SAS Hyundai in lucknow in a same day. In which in one of my vehicle

the steering is manual/not working, as i paid amount for a power steering car. After a long followup, many arguements, so much difficulties there is no proper solution and im still in trouble. Service center supervisor and other senior mechanics are convinced that there is some problem what i am discussing from very first week when i bougnt this car, after that nobody is going to thake the responsibility to change the product or give any satisfactory solution.

So i think its a clear case of fraud with the customer. Please suggest what to to,
