With the news of closing the production of Basic Car of Maruti, Maruti 800, it appears that TCS Autoworld, Sector 6, Faridabad - 121006 has almost stopped servicing Maruti 800 Car properly.
My experience confirm this conclusion: I got my June Maruti Car 800 AC serviced on 27th Feb for over Rs.10, 000/- and thereafter for one problem or another I have to visit that Maruti authorised service centre 5 times. My car is still with that Service Centre 6th time. I have lost my 7 precious man days for all this poor service. There appears to be no responsible Manager/Engineer who looks after the genuine problems of the customers. This car was also earlier serviced by them during Aug for over Rs.6000/-.
The Engineers/Mechanic do not care to service or repair or replace the faulty belts or oil etc. and leave everything to be reminded by the customer.
My car was serviced on complaint on 8th May for heavy while smoke with pick up problem like car picking up in 4th gear with little race and petrol oozing out from the exhaust pipe. I got the car on 9th and travelled to Delhi and back to Faridabad on 9th. On 10th May, after about 1-2 K.M. run the same problem started. I complained on 11th May at 10:15 AM and there was no response from TCS upto 12:15. Then I again complained to 2-3 persons/receptionist there and finally one manager Mr Shantanu took my complaint and got the car picked up at 2:15P.M.
I am worried about the service of my car seeing their past poor record in respect of my Maruti 800 AC car.
Is Maruti Suzuki watching?
People beware of such authorised service centre.
