Average Problem

I had purchased the Hyundai i10 car on 17th Oct.2010. Since than facing the major problem in its AVERAGE / MILEAGE.

Where company is claiming mileage of 19Km, my car is giving average of just 12 Km in city with normal driving conditions. Shown it to Orion Servive center 4 times till now, but no improvement, though 2nd servicing has also beeen done in 1st week of April itself.

Request help on urgent basis.
