Service Issues

Hi,

I gave my car for repair work a week ago to Orion, Hyundai, Gurgaon (Near Kalyani Hospital). It was told to me that I would get it back on Friday, 20th Aug. however as usual they have asked me to collect it back on Monday. I have been regularly following up on this and find myself helpless with such disgusted customer service. Can somebody do something and let me know where to go. This is not the first time I have faced such issue with Hyundai.
