Accidental case delay delivery

Respected sir/maam i am Mr vivek.s.langhe owner of santroxing car MH 17 AE 567 had given car in jai malhar service centre ahmednagar after an accident of car.it has been 45 days today car havent delivered.not even spare parts are available.the managers are not cooperating and satisfactory resons are not given.im a loyale customer of worldclass company hyundai but really sad because of such poor dealers.
