We had given our Hyundai i10 car for service to the Hyundai service station located in Laxmi Nagar. It was a routine service. We were charged the entire service charge. After the car came from the service it had starting problem i.e, it never started at the first go. We informed them about this and they said that they would send an engineer at the earliest.
Even after two days we did not get any reply from them. That day we had to go out so we took this car. But in the mid way it broke down. After a lot of time the engineer arrived at the scene and told that he needs to take the car to the service center again. We agreed as we had no choice.
Then after two days we got the car. We were charged for the repair (which we had no option but to pay for).
In return the engineer assured us that the problem will not occur again.
But surprisingly the next day the same problem arose. This time we were really pissed and we called the manager of the Sunrise Hyundai Service Center. This guy acted as though this was not a really big deal and asked us to send the car to the repair center. I got really angry and told him that he could get his entire service center here but I am not sending the car there. Then after discussion with the engineer who had come later, the manager told me that he needs to change the fuel pump as the petrol was being pushed back or something. I asked him to do whatever it takes to fix the car. After this the manager called the engineer back saying that he will return with the spare part in the evening.
But about an hour later the manager calls back saying that we need to send the car to his service station else he will not repair the car. He later also asked to complain wherever we want to.
I think this is really bad on the part of the manager and I request you solve this issue asap.
