Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I had brought Hyundai Verna Diesel in the year September. 1st delivery in Pune city.

Last year the clutch paddle got stuck and as told by your authorized service centre, the hydraulics of the clutch had some issue.

The gears have become so stiff and when sent for repairs they charged Rs.23, 000 and kept the car for 1 whole month and dint get the stiffness fixed. I rented a car for the whole month. They even changed some parts and dint return the old ones. How are we supposed to know that they have really changed the parts when both – the stiffness issue of gear and return of changed parts is not done.

For the stiffness in gear I have been going to Authorized Service centre “ Maa Hyundai” Pune. They are not able to solve the issue. Instead new problems are occurring every time I give the car for service.

Very bad service i have come across.
