Sir/mam i am chaman prakash s/o satish chanra vill. po. pioura etah consumer no.3425 in marhera indane gas seva marhera etah. sir my blue book lost a lot of time an i inform to the gas agency&made affidevite according to the gas agency and approved by sales officer but they not made my blue book after this proccesing and blacking my gas cylener properly by gas agency.pls. sir make my blue book and provide me gas cylender by home delivery.sir their cyledner under weigth, extra charge at the gas cylender & not provide the home delivery & blacking the cylender. thanking you
