Non-payment of loyalty bonus

I had purchased a hyundai verna from ultimate hyundai phase 2, industrial area, chandigarh on 06.08.2011.

i was having a hyundai santro car before . they commited me a ayality bonus of rs 10, 000/- [ rs ten thousands only] with in six month . i rang them up many times and now ultimately they have refused saying that the company giving so . so kindly register my complaint any take the necessory action against them.
