Non-availability of the concerned corporate discount

I had purchased an i10 Kappa 1.2 car from your showroom on 11th sep. Enchackal, Tvpm. But the required corporate discount amount (Rupees Four Thousand Only) has not been given yet even though with repeated requests at your office. So kindly take necessary steps regarding the issue of the amount at the earliest.
