Incorect Passenger Name Updated

This is to inform you that i was Booking a ticket in my Father's name: Md. Hanif using my banking details. But the ticket has been Issued in My Name. I called up your Customer care to inform about the same with 1Min and 30 sec of the Booking. So that the Booking can be Rectified but i have been informed that I will have to pay INR 1000 as a cancellation charge for a system error from your end. when i called up your Customer care the Girl in the other rudely yelled it was you who booked the ticket so we aren't responsible for the error.
