On eleventh of June i had visited IBP Auto Services, Begumpet Hyderabad, owned and operated by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IBP Division) (a government of India Enterprises), to fill up Five hundred rupees worth of petrol. The boy poured only Rs.493.00 worth of petrol and was about to close the transaction when i protested that the indicator is not showing Rs.500/-. Profusely apologizing the supervisor saw to that the petrol is filled up to Rs.500/- and said that the boy is a new recruit. Now when he said he is a new recruit i got suspicious because that is the same excuse he told me the last time he short filled me when i asked for five hundred rupees of petrol. Please investigate that this short filling of petrol is a crime and that too when a Govt of India enterprise does this it is nothing but cheating. I have taken a bill No 7511 dt 11.06.10 and the time is 14.45 PM, and the boy who poured the petrol is D Reddy and the supervisor surely remembers this incident as i insisted for a bill and told him that i would make a complaint. He looked not to be bothered and had the temerity to tell me to fill up petrol at the adjacent petrol dispenser, as the dispenser from which i filled is for two wheelers. What an excuse to defend when caught cheating. Please take up this matter and let me know in a reasonable time of the action taken by you.
