IBP petrol pump (Pimple Pertol Pump), at Norwadi squar Mumbai-Pune highway is cheating customer by

Not showing Zero meter reading at start, i was given petrol of 50rs in place of 100 rs i have given.

He even didnt show me Zero meter reading.

This is a global problem in India and need a proper solution.

First i need action again this petrol pump.
