Not attending thephone under wt cylinde

Sir, i am a consumer of indane gas since 25 yrs.my consumer no is 15108.i tried to book my gas one week before. everytime when i called there they (poonam gas service) did not attened the phone.i went there for complained all that and book my gas .the distributor and staff misbehaved me.i asked them to give me the phone no of indane officers they did not give no.s.they also delivered under wt. cylinder please take necessary action
