Pathetic services by staff

This is regarding pathetic service being rendered by one of your TATA MOTORS DEALER - HIND MOTORS at Chandigarh. I am using TATA car since 2006 indica turbo and have spent even Rs 4600/- on my last service visit at the same dealer. They renewed my car insurance from their office and name printed is wrong. Now when I call them and even their General Manager, their resonse is pathetic. They dont care. Can anybody help me in getting my name correctted on car policy done by a TATA DEALER. My Details are
