Delayed in the settlement of my auto loan

Sir,

I met this person Mr. Abijet Sarkar, Manager of Collection Dept.in ICICI, Siliguri, two months ago to discuss about the settlement of my auto loan. He assured me that he will settle the amount for 10, 000/=, and will inform me within a week. But till date it has not yet been done.

Kindly suggest me a solution.
