Dear Sir, I had purchased the above mentioned car on the said date which is just before few months. As there was noise in the said vehicle after crossing the speed of 80 kmph and for the same we had shown the car at Kataria on dated 19-2 and after verifying the same they had stated that now it is repaired. As normally in Ahmedabad city it is very rare to cross the speed of 80kmph but once I was going from highway and as I cross the speed of 80kmph the same sound was coming, therefore in the second service once again I had informed the Kataria motors about the same problem on dated 6/6 and they had return the car on dated 7/6 with the statement that now it is repaired. And on very next day when I had check the car, there was noise coming at the speed after 80 kmph. Once again I went to Kataria on dated 9/6, they had kept the car under their observation and return it back on 10/6 and said that it is repaired but said problem was still there. On dated 13/6 we once again went to Kataria and met Mr. Chetan and discuss about the noise problem after discussion he kept the car in the Kataria for two days and return it back by their technician at my place but when I checked the car in front of the technician, the noise was coming therefore we had informed Mr. Shailesh regarding the same, he told me to bring the a car at Kataria for further inspection on dated 17/6. On dated 17/6 I went to Kataria as per their instruction and they had kept the said car for the further inspection and when I called him on dated 19/6they told me that they are not able to resolve the problem, so they will inform the company on Monday and when the concerned engineer comes from the company at his convenience then he will check the care and thereafter they will inform me about the further course of action. I am very mush surprised that when one customer facing the above mentioned problem in a new car and your persons are not able to repair the noise problem and on the contrary they always return the car with the statement that your car is repaired wherever it was never repaired and it is in the same condition. First thing is that why they are lying to me when they return the car and secondly why your dealer or the company is not worried about the customer who had purchased the car just before the few months back and thirdly who will compensate the time which is literally wasted due to your unprofessional approach to the customer and at last i was never expect the such a approach from Marauti For this time waiting for earliest reply and quick action in the said matter.
