I had taken two Wheeler vehicle loan amounting to Rs-25781only from ICICI Bank.. at the time of councelling, the bank personel told me 13% as interest rate... but latter it charged me 20.75% of Interest loan... IS IT JUSTIFIABLE?? DOES FOR A TWO WHEELER Electric BiKE this should be the interest rate??
