Sir/madam,

I am customer of Aradhna gas service agency, Banda.

my customer no. is-1779. I booked my LPG cylinder on - 28/02, with cash memo no.- 20185.

Sir, despite several attempts of remindering the agency of the subject concerned, the agency takes the service for granted.

Kindly, do the requisite formalities to issue the binding formal instructions to the agency, to deliver their service on time.
