I BOOKED NISSAN SUNNY DIESEL XL MODEL IN JEEVEN NISSAN DEALER FROM MADURAI, TAMILNADU.BOOKING DATE WAS 6.2.2012.I MADE FULL PAYMENT ON 5.3.2012.DEALER SAID MY VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 40 DAYS FROM INITIAL BOOKING 10 DAYS FROM MAKING FULL PAYMENT.MY VEHICLE WAS ALLOTED ON 16TH MARCH AND WIN NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO ME.THE NEXT DAY THE GM OF JEEVAN NISSAN MR.TAMARAI KANNAN INFORMED ME THEY RECEIVED A MAIL COMUNICATION FROM NISSAN THAT MY VEHICLE IS ALLOTED AND BILLED AND WILL GET THE CAR DELIVERED IN FEW DAYS.AFTER TWO DAYS WHEN I CONTACTED HE SAID THE CAR BILLING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO DELAY IN TRUCK AND WILL TAKE FEW MORE DAYS.FINALLY MY CAR WAS BILLED ON 21ST MARCH WITH NEW INCREASED PRICE POST BUDGET.I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THIS SINCE THEY HAVE INCREASED PRICE DUE TO DELAY.PLS GUIDE ME HOW SHOULD I PROCEED AND CAN I COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.I FEEL CHEATED BECAUSE OF THIS ACT FROM NISSAN.
