Sengar gas service kalyan pur kanpur failed to make delivery of gas booked on 26 th dec 09 even on 8 th january 10

they say that booking shall be taken only after 21 of days of previous delivery and the supplies shall be made after 15 days of booking

hope the indian oil corporation will take care of this problem

is it with all agencies in kanpur

if so the ioc should make a public statement in media
