The mismanagement & how railway is fulfilling its commitment to the people
of our country & what standard of services are being provided that is
attached in the attached file. It is my kind request to you to take stern
action against those who are responsible for these things whch are forcing
the people to travel in the train like the cattles as there are no other
alternative left for them specially in the North going trains. I am giving
a challenge that in summer vacation if any railway employee in sleeper
class travel from Mumbai to any North India city whatever punishment
railway will decide I am ready to accept that. Thanking you & hoping a
reply from your side. There is no hope from [email protected] to take
any action because lot of question will be raised by them which will be
useless & will delay the any act.

Dear Sir
Presently I am in Indore In Department of Atomic Energy RRCAT.For my
daughter"s marriage which was being organised in Gorakhpur I booked
e-ticket from Bhopal to Gorakhpur in sleeper class in S-4 coach seat
no-33&36, one for my self &other for my wife (U R Dubey &Mrs Mithila) dated
22 Nov (PNR not possible as when I came back it has been removed from
"BOOKED HISTORY) in KUSHINAGAR EXP& in the same TRAIN, I booked e- ticket
dated 24 Nov from Hoshangabad to Gorakhpur for my daughter with my other
relatives, the PNR No-8334589757 & the seat nos were from 41 to 46 in S-2
coach. When train reached to Bhopal stn it was not possible for me (22
Nov) to enter in the compartment as there was a huge rush inside the bogie
& on the entry gate but as due to daughter"s marriage, it was my
compleness to perform the journey. Any how we went inside the compartment
by taking a risk & whole journey was perfomed in standing position, when I
was entering my ATM card was fallen in the compartment, if you are having
heart & mind you can realise that howmuch that ATM card was important for
me during the marriage time. People were traveling in the gallery & on the
gate. It was not possible to go to toilet without fighting with
travelling people. When TTE came I requested for our seats which hasbeen
refused by him stating that they are travelling with waiting tickets, so
they are having rights to travel in the compartment & for seat he advised
me to contact railway Police which was not possible for me. Sir I want to
bring your kind attention that due to marriage the tickets were booked by
me in three months advance but they were of no use. Your TTEis charging Rs
100/per passenger from waiting ticket holders & taking penalties from
some persons those who were with ordinary tickets. Sir corruption has
eaten this country, suppose if I am not travelling with proper tickets I
will be penalised by railway but what if railway is doing such act.By
writing slogan the railway will not improve but by good act, railway is
not having right to penalise the persons till it is not penalising its
corrupt employees. This is happening only in North going trains, where In
A/C coach also extra people are travelling. You can find out the fact by
checking the records of bookings of tickets, that during the Bakraid from
22nd NOv to 27th Nov howmany 1-ordinary tickets 2-waiting tickets
were booked inspite of cofirmed tickets& whether the train was having
that much capacity or not. Railway is treating the North going people like
a cattle& not like a human being. When your offcers are travelling they
need a full bogie sallon & others are being treated as cattles. With this
experience I intimated my daughter & my relatives to not catch train from
Hoshangabad but from ITARSI.as there was only 2-minutes stop where due to
huge rush was not possible to catch the train. The same story repeated on
24th also. You can imagine that from entry gate to reaching their seats
with luggage it took more than 50-minutes & once more the persons who had
already occupied were not ready to vacate the seats (41 to 46 in S-2). That
day no railway employees including police came in the S-2 compartment. It
is going to inform you once more that same DRAMA will go -on in summer
season also. Hoping a prompt action from your side in the interest of
