We are facing a problem to book a gas (Indane) over telephone (mob. no.9088324365 supplied by Hanseswari Gas Service, 14 Rudra Main Road, Bansberia, Hooghly, W.B. Pin.712502). After entering all input no. requested by recorded voice in the mobile phone, no reply message or confirmation is given to us (Date : 06/04 at 12:14 p.m.). We can't understand whether the gas has been booked or not.
Please do the needfull regarding this matter as early as possible.
