Not acceptance of booking

Dear Sir,

I am living in Keota Military colony, and consumer of Indian Oil Indene since last 12 years under Hanseswari Gas Service, 14, Rudra main road, Bansberia, Hooghly. Ph. no. 26346060.

Now I have face lot of problems at the time of gas booking. First of all they are not take the phone calls.and send a massage to contact with a mobile no. and instruct to follow several process to booking than give us the booking no. But when we are follow up for our booking status after 15-20 days they said there was no such booking at there end. So again we have to follow the same process. Even if we want to contact with there shop also they have not give us proper response not finalized our booking.

I am requesting to your kindly look into this matter not only one case, this is the regular problems in our area.

I am expecting to take necessary action to solve this problems as soon as possible.
