Dear Vidyasagar,
Please find your full and final settlement attached below. You are
requested to go through the same and do the following -
1) You need to send us your acceptance to the “net payable amount”
mentioned in the settlement sheet, through mail to Varsha Kathuria /
Chaudhary Waseem at ([email protected] /
[email protected]). In reply mail please mention that “I
Accept the Full & Final Amount mentioned in the settlement sheet”.
2) “Net Payable Amount” does not include pending business reimbursement
i.e. Mobile, Local conveyance, Travel exp etc. Pending business
reimbursement, if any, will be adjusted in “Net Payable Amount” and
will
be transferred directly to respective Salaried bank accounts. If your
salaried bank account is closed, please communicate the same to us so
that a DD/cheque can be sent at your residence address.
3) Acceptance received during 1st to 15th will be processed in the first
Cycle, amount of which will get credited on 25th of the same month.
Acceptance received during 16th to 30th will get processed in the second
Cycle, and the amount will get credited on 10th of the subsequent month.
4) Please ensure to mention your communication address in your
acceptance mail.
5) Relieving documents will be couriered to the address provided by you
on the same day when funds get transferred.
