No delivery respond

I am a resident of kolkata.we have tried several times to call the gas cylinder supply station named.."kitchen queen"on cit road kolkata .but no one picks up the calls.there are 3 telephone lines.but still no one recieves.we have to always go to the booking centre to get a cylinder number.we are very depressed by such services.what is the use of a telephone booking system if it does not work
