Non delivered of gas cyllinde

SIR,

Last month dtd 13.09. registration no - 244131 I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Deep ganga, ashiana nagar Patna- 25 Bihar, . My consumer number is 13506. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I enqiure it present position of delivered to gas dtd 01.10.2011. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. Staff of this agency not cooperative and customer service is very poor. Gas cylinder weight is always least of the required weight. I request you to please take the matter.
