Indane cooking gas

I am a customer of M/S Gruha Sobha indane gas service my consumer number is G6432 I inform to supply gas on 14.12.09 but till now (8.01.10) I am not getting the gas. M/S Gruha Sobha regularly delayed in supplying gas for the last one year. they take more than 20 days citing the unavailability of stocks. It is a very common practice in Rourkela that cooking gas cylinders are used for industrial purpose and dealers create scaricity in the home delivery.
