Earlier the residents of KMDA had the opportunity of gas booking on line. Recently the system has been
withdrawn & booking will be through 10 (ten) digi mobile no or in person to the gas dealer. May I kindly be
informed why on line booking has been put off. Instead of providing service & lessening the burden of the
customer, if the Indane Gas wants to harass the customers, they are successful. In the present time
when everybody wants to get the work done through internet, Indane gas is different from others not
interested to grab net facility. I don't know who has be benefited.
