Gas is leaking from the cylinder valve

Sir/Madam,

I am Swarup Kumar Paul having address as -K 231/4 Patuli, Kolkata -94, Flat-22. My consumer number is T-3737.Distributor’s name is Baghajatin Gas Service, Kolkata-84.My last order no is 10506 and cash memo no 1083 dated 06.09.2011. It is in use from today. It has been found that gas is leaking from the cylinder valve. It (gas leaking) happened against refill booking no-222501 (cash memo-15861 dated 31.05.2011). I am under fear of accident. Please do something to replace the cylinder. Please take necessary measures so that quality control matter in the factory (refilling) is strengthened.
