Indane domestic gas

I am consumer of indane gas consumer no is 19927, i have book a gas cylinder at least 10 days ago, i have compliant to gas agency No. 155137 (Rukmani gas service, 43-44 Nirala Nagar, Lucknow) so many time for delivery of gas but there is no response from gas agency. People sitting in office is not cooperating to customer
