Delay in refill supply

I have booked refill at to distributor on 14 March. till date distributor has not provided me LPG refill. This type of delay in delivery occur almost evry month. Today the distributor has diliverd 3 KG LPG againest the payment of rupees 90/- (kam chala lo) Please do the needfull.our consumer no is 515303 and
