I am Dr. Latha K.G. from kunnamkulam. My consumer no is 28018 with Indane Gas. I am a working lady. I am not available at my residence in the morning and my gas is not getting delivered in the evening. I contacted Panakkal Gas Agency from which i am taking the gas and they insisted on entrusting my neighbours with the gas which is not practical as nobody is availablle there all the time because they are also working. I went to their office of the gas agency and to the godown and the were not willing to deliver the gas. In this case what am i to do get the cylinder.
