Dear Sir/ Madam,
This mail is to inform you that the response of the station incharge regarding booking & delivery of domestic gas cylinder is very poor.
He asks the customer everyday that you come tomorrow... next day again the same feedback...& it continues until the customer gets frustated & helpless & approaches some higher authority or some unfair means like bribery.
Kindly look into the matter seriously as persons like me who are in private job cannot afford to take a leave everyday for this activity of booking & delivery of gas cylinder.
Also request you to see if home delivery option of gas cylinder can be looked into as other dealers like Bharat Gas are offering home delivery services.
Looking forward to a positive & timely reply from the concerned person...
