Domestic Supply of Gas Not in Time

I have a connection of Domestic Gas having connection number TSV 14821 since 20 years. Service Station is Registered in the name of TAJ GAS SERVICE, DELHI GATE, AGRA. Phone: 0562-2854463, 2553613.

Sir/Mam, I am not getting proper supplies according to the booking of Refill Gas Cylender in time. Instead of current supply I am getting the Refill Cylender not before 30 to 35 days. And also nothing has been done from IOCL office Sanjay Place, Agra, when reported there.

Kindly, resolve this matter as soon as possible.
