Non delivery of cylinder (refill)

Sir,

I booked for refill of gas cylinder on 09.12.2010 with Sainani Gas Service, Achal Talab, Aligarh at my connection no. S-15113, but the delivery of refill has not yet been made to me, till date.

Kindly take appropriate action for early delivery of cylinder (refill).
