Gas Cylinder was booked online on 23rd of October I received a SMS on 25.11.2011 from the number 544112 & the Message was - Dear Indane Customer cylinder has been delivered against your refil booking number - 303714 with cash memo number - 8785.
But Still Cylinder not delivered, Today my wife gone to Gas link Agencies & asked about the cylinder, why it was not still delivered, the responsible person & the owner said that it has delivered on 21.11.2011.
Without delivering the cylinder to the customer, they are trying to sale the cylinder to some other person,
Kindly take the necessary action & do the needful
