Delayed Delivery, Mass Corruption

I have booked for a refill on 04.09.2010 with M/s. Hanseswari Gas Sevice 14, Rudra Main Road, Po: Bansberia, Dt: Hooghly. My consumer number is T - 1096 but am sorry to say that after 17 days have passed till date I failed to receive the same even after repeated assurance over phone from last Tuesday (14.09.10).

The organisation refuses to book cylinders before 20 days of delivery of the previous cylinder what they says is the Company's directive. Please may I know if it is true?

The delivery boy, named Babloo, dare to threaten my wife by saying "You are not doing the things right, you will have to repent", when she refused to pay extra money to him on delivery.

I went to the concerned office to complain against the same when a person from inside the counter (Name not known) said very politely "when everyone pays extra why don't you".

Lot many things are there which I don't want to mention as it will harm the image of the Organisation, what I am concerned is the timely delivery of cylinders at my place.

I would request you to change the deliveryman from my area to avoid malpractices.
