Not deliver filled gas and DBC

I am having Indane gas connection of last 4 year at Rainbow gas services, Faridabad, Haryana. My cust. no8. I had booked for cylinder of last 9 days ago but still i am waiting for the same. The phone is not responding at all. I have not got DBC (Double bottle cylinder) even i requesting it for so many times. I am hopeless. Please take a step for the solution.
