Subject Issue & Order of DBC connection.

Sir,

I have need a DBC connection. I have gone to M/s Abhay Shankar Indane, Asthawan, Dist. Nalanda, Bihar, PIN 803107 on 01st Dec. 2009 for REGISTRATION of DBC. Distributor told me

that No further NEW REGISTRATION for DBC connection will be done.

On 30th Nov. 2009 at 1650 hours I have called on 0612-2221969 & 0612-2500864 (Area Office, Patna) at the consumer meet Officers on duty also assured me that registration of DBC is being done at the distributor point.

I have lodged a complain on 27th Nov. 2009 with 155233 LPG Cooking Gas Toll Free No. bearing complain No. 28134. He assured me that Registration of DBC is being done at the distributor point.

I, therefore, request to kindly release fresh empty sufficient cylinders to the said distributor to accompany for fresh LPG NEW/DBC CONNECTION comer smoothly.
