I have booked a refill cylinder on 03.12.2009 from Kamala Indane Services, Cinema Parambu, Sasthamkotta, Kollam, kerala. vide booking no. 785. However the cylinder is not delivered till 16.01.2010. The agents from the gas agency come to our area every week for delivery, but in quite disregard to the seniority in booking the refill cylinder, provide the same to other customers. Please look into the same.
