BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,

I had a bad encounter with the Mukund Enterprises franchise of INDANE GAS. I have problem with the Cylinder regulator which has to be replaced by franchise. Every time when I went to them I was asked to come later. So far I had visited 4 times to replace it but in Vain.

Would appreciate if some sort of action is taken against this. It is very horrible service.
