Irregular delivery

Sir,

I have a complaints with respect to poor service of Mohan & Mohan gas agency (Indane), first of all they dont properly attend our booking request, And recently we had book the gas on 19- Feb and till now the gas is undelivered we repetitvely made calls to the agency however they delibreately dont pick the phone which is really frustrating for the customers, We request you to take strict and immediate action so that such incident dont happen in near future.
