We had purchased Maruti Swift on 15th March from Adharsha Automotive Pvt Ltd, Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh. My Car No. is AP15AH1951.
We have been facing problem in shifting Reverse Gear & Engine abnormal noise especially from the first day of purchase. This problem has been told a number of times to the service centres but has not yet been solved till date. According to Service station engineers this problem is in 90% swift vehicles, but, we are not accepting the same and this has to be resolved as early as possible.
Please advice us what to do.
