Booking comlaints

I am a customar of indane with costomer no. 11236 and have been registed with dwarka gas agency new delhi. I booked my gas cylinder on 9th mar to 29th mar not for deliver gas cylinder. I visited their office on th 23rd mar they denied theat I have booked any cylinder on 29th mar. The lady at the counter rudely told me that you have not booked any gas, now you will get it after 4 & 5 days. I request concern authority look in to this matter.
