Today a new refill cylinder was supplied at 4.30PM at my neighbours residence Viz F19 G.B Pant Polytechnic Quarters Okhla as I was at office My Indane gas connection no is 22494 service is provided by Messers Sahaj Enterprises. On returnig from office I took the cylinder at 6.30P.M. I prepared to start cooking at 7.30P.M then I noticed smell due to Gas leak, on inspection I found that the gas is leaking from the screw thread of the cylinder below the regulator (which was teflon bound). Kindly replace the cylinder immediately.
