I am presently posted at Bankura district of west bengal having our permanent residence at Kolkata - 700056. We are having a Indane gas connection in the name Mrs. Bijoy Lakshmi Ghosh, my mother having consumer no. 53725 with FUEL CENTRE INDANE, M/S STAR DISTRIBUTOR, 1 FEEDER ROAD, KOLKATA 700056. On 12th February over telephone I booked a gas and the agency told me the booing no. 3725. Today after about 2 months when we called then they told no such booking has been done. This is a common practice of the agency as i heard from other consumers also. The agency giving some illegal supply in the black market. They are misbehaving too. please do something in this matter... Ayan Ghosh.
